Comprehending Current Capitalist and Communist

The U.S. Senate Internal Security Subcommittee conducted investigations into the number killed in the Soviet Union and China. Their report stated that 35 million to 45 million had been killed in the Soviet Union and 34 million to 62.5 million in Communist China.


  In this essay we examine the entire framework of current capitalist and communist fascist activity, so we can see the larger patterns and trends and thus protect ourselves from the new and ongoing onslaughts against the working class.

  Part of what we study are the daily outrages of insane capitalist and communist sub-humans imposing fascism on the (wage and physical) slave class. 1 Capitalists and communists are reacting to multiple crises of their own making--the corona-virus pandemic and their destruction of the world economy 2 -- by imposing a fascist police state over the slave class.

  To gain efficacious understanding of the fascist forces facing us today, we must probe into its very essence, understanding all its subterfuges and dodges. We must not repeat the fiasco of the fight against fascism during the second world war, when the peoples of the allied countries were deliberately kept ignorant of the true nature of world fascism while they were giving their lives to defeat German, Italian, and Japanese fascism.

  "THE TIME will come when people will not believe it was possible to mobilize 10,800,000 Americans to fight Fascism and not tell them the truth about the enemy. And yet, this is exactly what happened in our country in the Global War [Second World War].

  "The Office of War Information published millions of words, thousands of pamphlets, posters and other material, most of it very valuable and all of it intended to inspire the people and raise the morale of the soldiers of production and the soldiers of the field; but it is also a fact that to the date of this writing the OWI did not publish a single pamphlet, poster, broadside or paper telling either the civilian population or the men and women in uniform what Fascism really is, what the forces are behind the political and military movements generally known as Fascism, who puts up the money, who make the tremendous profits which Fascism has paid its backers in Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain and other nations.

  The perspective of the author is that we must meet the challenge of the current crises--the corona-virus pandemic and the economic havoc wreaked on the working class--by beginning a movement 3 toward a non-capitalist, non-communist, commonwealth political-economic-social polity. It is not possible to meet the present challenges by "tweaking" capitalism or communism, we must create commonwealth communities. In other words, we must not merely seek a solution to these current crises--health pandemic and economic depression--we must begin working toward an exit from capitalism and communism and forming new modes of economic-political-social organization.

These 'leftist' economists are not prepared to understand that the crisis that has erupted was inevitable. They are even less prepared to confront the challenges that are faced by the peoples as a result. Like other vulgar economists, they will seek to repair the damage without understanding that it is necessary to pursue another route if we are to overcome the fundamental logic of capitalism.   Samir Amin is correct in saying that the solution is not merely to exit the coronavirus and economic depression crises, but to exit capitalism entirely.

  To understand the current world situation, vis-a-vis fascism, in both its communist and capitalist embodiments, we must examine the present political-economic-social structures in detail and investigate a large number of information sources and hypotheses. At present, some of these hypotheses are denigrated by the unthinking as mere "conspiracy theories." These hypotheses are unproven as yet (part of the essence of hypotheses), but nonetheless provide possible explanations and avenues of investigation of current events that are useful to consider.

  At present, the two major world powers are the United States and China, both fascist governments. We may not live in China, but we nonetheless are directly affected by what the Chinese Communist Party apparatchiks perpetrate on a daily basis. And we are decisively impacted by the ongoing depridations of Putin and the Russian communist party, especially since Trump is essentially Putin's toady.

  In essence, fascism is:
  • Imperialist: the forceful extension of a nation's authority by territorial conquest establishing economic and political domination of other nations
  • Militarist: maintenance of a strong military capability to be used aggressively to promote fascist interests
  • Eugenics oriented: population control, populaion reduction, exploitation of impoverished and disenfranchised labor and resource regions where willful neglect of quality of life and land lead to extractive bonanzas (lots of profits for the fascist overlords) and death for the workers
  Both current U.S. capitalism and Chinese and Russian communism are premised on a production-consumption and financialization policy in which the solution to crises is population reduction. This was the same policy as that of the Nazi Third Reich when fascist capitalism faced major crises and the policy of Stalinist and Maoist communism during their so-called "revolutions" and the mass murder of the Russian and Chinese 4 peasants.

  Persons in, or tied to, the Trump camp have made the accusation that China created the covid19 virus in the Wuhan microbiology labarotory and then turned it loose in China, the U.S. and throughout the world.

  On March 13, 2020, Zhao Lijian, a spokesperson of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), accused the U.S. of spreading the virus to the city of Wuhan in Hubei province, the epicenter of China's coronavirus outbreak. He first posted a video clip in which Robert Redfield, director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), told a congressional hearing Wednesday that some deaths from coronavirus have been discovered posthumously in the U.S. Zhao then tweeted: "the U.S. CDC director was caught red-handed. When did patient zero emerge in the U.S.? How many people had he infected? What's the name of the hospital. Later, Zhao asserted: "It's possible that the U.S. military brought the virus to Wuhan."

  The accusations of the Trump junta that China created the Coronavirus are depicted thoroughly in this video entitled "Tracking Down the Origin of the Wuhan Coronavirus." In the video, it is claimedd that the virus was NOT a naturally-occurring bat virus, but one re-constructed in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, so that it could infect humans.

  This video and other material from the Trump junta accusing China of creating and covering up the the Coronavirus are certainly worth study. And the accusations of the Chinese that the Coronavirus is a product of the well-known U.S. military chemical weapons agencies are also worth our study and consideration.

  Both the Chinese Communist party leaders and the Trump Capitalist junta are equally capable of perpetrating such a demonic chemical weapon attack on the world's peoples. It now becomes crucial that we attain a critical understanding of what both capitalist and communist fascist forces are perpetrating in their ongoing war against working people.

The Trump-Reactionary Junta, the Capitalist Democrats, and the Chinese Communists are perpetrating full-bore Fascism on the world's working peoples, meanwhile destroying the world economic system.

    • "Apple Inc. and Google unveiled a rare partnership to add technology to their smartphone platforms that will alert users if they have come into contact with a person with Covid-19 [or any person the fascist junta deems 'of interest,' without users being able to prevent it]," according to a new report from Bloomberg. "People must opt in to the system, but it has the potential to monitor about a third of the world's population."[additional content added by author]

    • "World Health Organization executive director Dr. Michael Ryan said surveillance is part of what's required for life to return to normal in a world without a vaccine. However, civil liberties experts warn that the public has little recourse to challenge these digital exercises of power once the immediate threat has passed," according to a recent VentureBeat article titled "After coronavirus, AI could be central to our new normal."
2. New Fascist financial-economic-monetary schemes, tied to the 2020 bailout
    "For the first time in the history of the Federal Reserve, it has signed on to a plan with Congress to nationalize the unmanageable debts of global banks and other multinational corporations and put the U.S. taxpayer on the hook for the losses. Conducting the bulk of these programs will be the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, known as the New York Fed, which is a private institution owned by (wait for it) multinational banks.

    "Because the New York Fed is owned by multinational banks and is allowed to create trillions of dollars out of thin air to conduct bailouts of global banks and multinational corporations since it created this precedent in 2008, it is effectively functioning as a multinational central bank with the Federal Reserve in Washington, D.C. and Fed Chairman Jerome Powell little more than titular props for what's really going on." 2

      The Trump junta, in collusion with the Capitalist Democrats, is, in effect, destroying the old pretend "free-market" type of capitalist economy and moving full-bore into "economy-under-state-control-fascism."

      Granted, since the creation of the "Federal" Reserve System in 1913, the American economy has been under the complete control of American and foreign bankers. The pretense of a "free economy" was largely exposed in 2007-2008 when the bankers took direct control of the federal treasury to "bailout" the crooks who had perpetrated the sub-prime mortgage crimes.

4. New trade, propaganda, and military wars with China
  • Trade war: On August 23, 2019, Trump ordered US companies to stop doing business with China, accused the country of killing 100,000 Americans a year with imported fentanyl and stealing hundred of billions in intellectual property. Since that time, Trump has partially pulled back from that extreme attack, but only slightly. The US imported a record $539.5bn in goods from China in 2018 and sold the Chinese $120.3bn in return. The difference between those two numbers--$419.2bn --is the trade deficit.

  • As we've seen above, the Trump Junta is spewing propaganda that China is responsible for the coronavirus and the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

  • On April 13, 2020, the US military staged a show of force on its Pacific island territory of Guam with the clear aim of threatening China.

      Billions of dollars' worth of US warplanes were paraded on the tarmac of Guam's Andersen Air Force Base Monday in what is known as an 'elephant walk,' a term used during the Vietnam War to describe the slow-moving lines of B-52 bombers waiting for takeoff for airstrikes that claimed the lives of hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese and Cambodians.

      Monday's formation included 14 warplanes, including five nuclear-capable B-52 Stratofortress strategic bombers, six KC-135 Stratotanker aerial refuelers, an MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter, and two unmanned aerial vehicles: an Air Force RQ-4 Global Hawk and a Navy MQ-4C Triton. 5

4 When I attended Yale University Divinity School in the late 1950s, I pastored a small church in New Haven, Connecticut (where Yale is located). One of my parishioners had been an informant for the F.B.I. in the Connecticut state communist party. I attended a public meeting of the Committee for a SANE Nuclear Policy where a retired U.S. Army general was speaking about our China foreign policy. He claimed that when Mao reported that he had "liquidated" Chinese peasants, Mao meant only that he had "relocated" them. I was the only person in the audience who stood up to challenge the retired general's remarks, stating that the evidence was available that the Chinese communists had murdered ("liquidated") thousands of Chinese peasants; that even Mao had admitted this.

The general merely asserted that he was right, that neither Mao nor any other "friendly" Chinese ally had ever murdered Chinese peasants. The next day my parishioner came by to inform me that I had been invisibly filmed by the F.B.I. when I challenged the retired U.S. Army general's claims. The retired general was known to the F.B.I. as a notorious defender of China and its communistic policies and operations. Both my parishioner and I had a good laugh over this at the time.
