We are a retired married couple building a small cooperative community in a small town in California and invite interested persons to apply for admission into the screening and training procedures prerequisite to participation in this venture.

      This cooperative community is being developed on the principle that persons must train to develop the understanding, attitudes, and skills, required for successful participation in a commonwealth polity, since such competencies are not generic.

      Successful participation in the cooperative community requires that a person train in critical thinking, self-awareness, and critical consciousness, as delineated in the book, Progressive Awareness. Persons interested in training toward provisional acceptance into the cooperative commonwealth community will need to study that book assiduously and then complete the Progressive Awareness Training Program.
